Brenda joined Petsfly in 2018, taking on an immediate full load of responsibility for the team as the quoting department manager. She is a Phoenix native, who previously enjoyed an 18 year career as a paralegal and law firm manager, followed by two years in marketing and sales for a local distributor. With Petsfly, Brenda quickly learned the ins and outs of the pet shipping industry, and in 2021 became a Move Coordinator in addition to managing the quoting department. Brenda primarily originates pet relocations out of the Midwest, Texas, and Florida. A “Jill of all trades”, Brenda’s experience has proved herself invaluable to Petsfly as the hub for the company computer program as well as the first point of contact for most of our clients.
Brenda firmly believes that pets are important family members, and works to make pets and their owners feel at ease during the entire relocation process. She recently represented Petsfly at the IPATA (International Pet and Animal Transportation Association) annual conference in Hawaii. In addition to having two silly supermutts, Brenda is mom to two teenage boys, and has been married to Andrew for over 20 years.
